Here at Sew Fabrics we offer free postage with a quick dispatch time.
Parcels will be posted via Royal Mail second class, as this is not a recorded service we are unable to guarantee a delivery time although parcels are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
We will post orders placed before 2:30pm on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30pm or on bank holidays & weekends will be posted the next working day.
We offer free 2nd class postage on UK orders.
First class postage can be added to your order on the checkout page for an additional fee of £0.95
Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm will be charged at £6.
Hermes Postage will be used for parcels weighing more than 2kg. Please do not select the 1st Class option when ordering in bulk as we are unable to offer this service due to the weight of the parcel.
Postage to European addresses will be charged at £12.50.
Unfortuantley we do not ship to the USA or Canada.
Other charges, costs or expenses such as custom duties incurred after we have dispatched the items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the unlikely event of your parcel not arriving we would ask that you kindly wait 5 working days for it to arrive.
For order to Europe and the rest of the world, please allow 14 days. Should it not appear after those days we will assist you in following the courier's procedures to locate the parcel, please note this could take up to 3 weeks to resolve.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really do love our fabrics and we hope you do too, however if you would like to return your order to us you can within 14 days of receipt at your own cost. We recommend posting with a recorded service as items lost in the post will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do insist that the items are returned unused and in their original packaging with no unwelcome smells. Once the items have been returned in their original form we can offer you an exchange or issue a refund within 5 workings days. Should the items be returned in an unsatisfactory state we will be unable to offer a refund, you will also need to pay for postage to have the items returned to you.
We are unable to offer refunds for items that are bespoke, or commissions that are made unless they are faulty.
As we offer free postage, should you return a whole order that isn't faulty the original postage costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. We can offer proof of postage cost.
We do examine all our fabrics before we send them to you, however in the unlikely event of you finding a fault please contact us first before returning so we can discuss your options. We would need to see photographic evidence or have the item return for us to inspect before we can issue a refund or replacement.
If you would like to return a parcel from overseas please contact us in the first instance. We cannot refund postage on unauthorised overseas returns.
Should you have ordered one of our popular fabrics and we find that it is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative fabric or a refund.
